		<description>Hooray for Finland!  I don&#039;t like the government constantly collecting data and keeping a personal file on me.  I have nothing to hide but people look at a set of facts, draw completely erroneous conclusions, and act  on those assumptions.  It happens everyday.

Anyway, speaking of a job search I have perfected some amazingly effective tactics for getting your cover letters &amp; resumes opened &amp; read first because they stand out from the crowd and scream &quot;Read Me!&quot;
