		<description>What is troblesome about using internet filtering technology to prevent illegal downloading of copyrighted material is that it could set the precedent for more widespread use of the technologies. 

The result down the road may be a &quot;Great Wall&quot; the likes of which already exist in countries like Saudi Arabia, China, and Iran, to block any internet traffic which may contain material with opinions deemed inappropriate by government or even businesses.</description>
