		<description>Without passing on the relatively clear right to use the word &quot;Avis&quot; in the news reporting, isn&#039;t there a real question about whether you can thus use a stylized mark next to the news text (and not in the text itself).  I don&#039;t know the answer to that, but it seems to me there is a real difference between a sentence with the word Avis in it and a graphic the stylized mark.  Indeed, I might be concerned about copyright liability as well.</description>
