My Wayne State colleague and friend Steve Davidoff debuts today at the Deal Professor blog on the New York Times site. This is a coup not only for Steve – who writes the most lucid mergers & acquisitions / corporate law analysis available – but for the NYT, and for those of us trying to figure out the complex, but highly cogent, world of dealmaking.
