		<description>Hi Julie - this is interesting. So, the original link was under &quot;Local Links&quot;? If that&#039;s the case, then there&#039;s even less ground for any TM claim than I thought - it makes clear that this is just pointing to links of interest.

In a Google-centric world, it makes zero sense to think that failing to link to something hides it, or that a link connotes approval. I link to things all the time that I actively don&#039;t agree with or dislike. That&#039;s the beauty of the Web.</description>

		<description>Great job!!!  I agree - they were way out of line about this. The link page is still online and it couldn&#039;t be more innocent.  On the side bar the links page was even called &quot;Local Links&quot;. Nothing more.

The City should be honored when someone wants to share City resources. DUH!  Guess I&#039;m missing whatever you&#039;re missing!  lol</description>
