		<description>Thanks for a thoughtful look at these two articles, which I&#039;ve been thinking about lately as well.. They come as a timely coincidence for me, as I work to get the final draft of my article, Rethinking the Parameters of Trademark Use in Entertainment, out the door to the Florida Law Review (where it will appear in a few months).  I couldn&#039;t agree more on the insidious effect that over-expansive interpretations of trademark law are having on free expression, and it seems like it&#039;s only getting worse.  There oughta be a law indeed!
