Kilcullen says no to drones

An LA Times Op-Ed piece today discusses David Kilcullen’s comments at a Congressional hearing on April 23; specifically, his thoughts on the use of drones in Pakistan. Kilcullen, the Australian counterinsurgency expert and senior advisor to General Petraeus, said, “we need to call off the drones.”
