The mission of the Israel -Palestine Peace Initiative is to bring much needed nonpartisan light to what is arguably the world’s most controversial topic. This page is designed to be an online resource for anyone who wants to learn more about the complex international issues challenging affected parties in these turbulent times. While the ultimate goal is to work towards a sustained peace, this forum recognizes that there are many factors that influence the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict, and as such, our goal is to bring to the forefront ideas and perspectives that sharpen the reader’s thought.
We frequently address our views as they relate to International and Regional Political Economy, State Building, Culture, Religion, and Security. It is our hope that citizens and policy-makers on both “sides” of the conflict can walk away with a better understanding of the vast amount of underlying issues that quietly reign over the conflict. The aim of the articles presented is not to blame one entity over the other (although culpability needs to be pointed out) but rather to dissect influencing factors that are otherwise left to obscurity in the public realm.
