Human Rights in Punjab

The Punjab State Human Rights Commission has officially gone online.  The address of their website is http://www.pshrc.net. 

The website of PSHRC contains information including the functions of the Commission, how to make an enquiry, and procedures and regulations.

The PSHRC was formed under the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993, and has severe limitations.  For example, it can only examine cases that fall within a one-year statute of limitations.
