I have been hearing about some case related to 84 riots off and on and it's disgusting that perpatrators are still free. Those not professionals in law like me just don't understand exactly what's missing. Is it evidence, or good prosecution lawyers or something else. Pl. while u are at it, can you pl. demystify the 84 prosecutions ?
