I think, 84 delhi riots need a closure in terms of justice. I have been hearing about some case related to 84 riots off and on and it&#039;s disgusting that perpatrators are still free.

Those not professionals in law like me just don&#039;t understand exactly what&#039;s missing. Is it evidence, or good prosecution lawyers or something else.

Pl. while u are at it, can you pl. demystify the 84 prosecutions ?</description>
