Of concern here is the blindingly obvious lack of 'quality of justice' being offered which is criminal in itself.  As evident from the postings below, this is not an isolated case but something that has been the norm for decades.  A sense of complete despair is the very least one would typically expect a person to feel in this the world's largest democracy.</description>
