Parliament session ends without tabling of Nanavati report

Despite assuarnces by the Law Minister and the Home Minister, the Parliament session has ended without the Congress government tabling the Nanavati Commission report on the 1984 anti-Sikh pogroms. The report was submitted to the Home Minister on February 9, but the government has been in no hurry to table it in Parliament.

“Nanavati commission report was submitted in February and has still not been tabled. Till today not made public. The other report of Godhra was made public the same evening. What is the justification for not making it public?” said H S Phulka, lawyer.

I am living in Israel and it sounds very similar to the pogroms of Europe.Where the Europeans did not allow the jewish people to settle. Many times they would gather maiming and killing for no reason, the time is set for all who fled from Persia to return home.
