New PEC 366 Submitted to Chamber of Deputies
5/19/09 Last night a new Constitutional Amendment (PEC 366/09) was submitted to the Chamber of Deputies to regulate a Special Payment Regime for State and Municipal Precatórios. It seems to be a more detailed version of PEC12/06 approved by the Senate on 4/1/09. It will be attached to PEC 351/09. Deputy Carlos Willian (PTC/MG), who introduced this PEC, belongs to the political group headed by Deputy Eduardo Cunha (PMDB/RJ) who is the rapporteur of PEC 351/09.
