Joanne Cipolla Moore has a good idea: What if MoveOn.org focused on Sudan for a few days? This might make a difference–it almost certainly would raise more money than we are able to do with The Passion of the Present
and associated efforts alone. More broadly, it would be a
demonstration of the global orientation of the MoveOn community.
Finally, and ironically, the Sudan issue is one that the conservatives
care about–so this would be a way to make common purpose across
sectorian blue/red lines, and do some good.
Could MoveOn focus on the Sudan for a few days?
