Copyrighted Code Used Without Permission in Linux

Here’s a copyright violation I learned about at last night’s blog meeting. It isn’t everyday that I hear about copyrighted computer code being used without permission.

you alledge thatcode was copied but sco has failed to answer what code or to try to mitigate damages
what about the copyrights of all the other contributors to the linux program?
what makes their work less important that sco should try to charge instead of telling what code so it can be removed
where is honest effort to try to resolve this
it is only a pump and dump scheme for sco to try to collect money before they go bankrupt
