Judges Prevent FCC Rules from Taking Effect

The new rules established by the Federal Communications Commission recently will not take effect Thursday as scheduled because judges with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals issued a stay order. Some of the new rules included loosened restrictions on media ownership.
