Harvard Stadium Anniversary
People often ask me what I do ’cause I have such a funky (notice that “funky” begins with “fun”) job, so here’s another example. I attended many planning meetings for this special Web and Gazette project. Today’s paper Gazette has a special 8-page pull out section about the stadium. (Most of that is in the above link.) I didn’t do much on the project other than ask about copyright compliance and remind people that we might need permission before using certain images, but I was still involved. Throughout the course of the project, I indicated other ways I could have assisted had they involved me earlier, like when they were doing the archival research and hunting for photos. Now that I think about it, though, I did supply a few photos way back when the project was in baby planning stages. One actually ran in the print section.
