Nonlibrarians at the Librarianesque BloggerCon Session
I’ve gotten a few inquiries from nonlibrarians about whether they should attend the Librarianesque Session at BloggerCon. Please do! If you’re interested in any of the items on the list or anything even remotely related to librarians/archivists/information professionals and blogging, join us. A lot of what will happen in that session depends on who is in the audience, who asks questions, and the topics raised. The issues we deal with are definitely not unique: is blogging right for my organization, how do I sell my manager on blogging, how does blogging relate to information overload, etc., etc.
BloggerCon registration is going to get capped soon. If you haven’t registered yet, stop procrastinating.
PS–I keep forgetting to say it’s okay to do fiber arts (e.g. knitting) in my session.
