Wired Wonders If the Internet Can Handle Aggregator Traffic
Apparently news readers going out and skimming the Web could cause congestion.

I wondered how my hits almost reached 5,000 (another record for me) on Friday. I don’t have that many readers and my referer traffic was about average. (That’s kind of a joke. It wasn’t aggregator traffic either. This blog probably got spidered, but at weird times for a spider.)
