Cool...Looks like you covered everything ...Hope they enjoyed the talks and went and got some software or got on Manila.

Speaking of the blogger who was fired, she wrote an essay in the latest Boston Sunday Globe magazine. Unfortunately it's not online.

I've been blogging for close to a year now, and I have recently been teaching blogging to faculty members at Dillard University, Spelman College and The College of New Jersey. The understanding of blogs is still very limited, even among people who are otherwise web-savvy. I'm still feeling my way with much of the technology, and I get frustrated sometimes with some of the insider's talk, (I still don't understand the difference between RSS and RDF -- It's all XML to me) but I'm enjoying learning. I have also run into problems with my blog taking too long to load or coming up screwy on non-Windows platforms (I use Blogger). Well anyway, just thought I'd say hello to someone else who is introducing teachers to the blogosphere.
