Sun’s Jonathan Schwartz Blogs

A professional colleague sent me the link to this blog by Jonathan Schwartz, president of Sun. His first post explains why he began blogging and what he hopes to accomplish by having a public blog for his company. "No more comments from the pundits ‘in context.’ Now you get them straight from me." and "to get unfiltered feedback from the community" are two of his reasons.

eWeek published an interview with Schwartz about blogging just before he started his site.

One of the things I really like about his blog is the list of referers right on the sidebar. It’s a nice use of space. Of course, with referer spam, that could get ugly quickly.

You post content; they get revenue:
  • connotea
  • del.icio.us
  • Furl
  • NewsVine
  • Reddit
  • Technorati
