Share Your OPML

This is primarily for my benefit, not yours, unless you blog on a Manila server and don’t know how to upload your OPML file. I update mine via Share Your OPML periodically, but find myself spending more time looking for the directions than uploading the file. It occurred to me that I could use my own blog for knowledge management and put the pertinent information and links here.

OPML file: http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/jkbaumga/ge…

I need to download it to my desktop and then upload it to SYO.

A link is also on the Thursday Meetings blog.

Share Your OPML is a way to share the list of what feeds you subscribe to. Why? Well, ’cause it’s kinda nifty as a content creator to be able to see who has subscribed to my feeds, but I don’t know who my subscribers are unless they upload and share their OPML file. According to SYO, 15 people sharing their OPML files subscribe to j’s scratchpad. It’s also interesting to see who reads what and it’s great for resource discovery since many of my blogging friends and professional colleagues read things I don’t read.
