Thanks Jessica and Amy! It really was out of fear on my job that I took the whole thing down. Unfortunately, working at a news organization we all have to be careful since often people attribute the staffers opinions with the newspaper’s opinions. I didn’t think mine would be a big deal since I’m just a part time weenie, and also since nobody really read it! I had spoken with my boss about it, and she agreed that for the same reasons it should be fine. Then I got an email from the head honcho saying “staffers please don’t have blogs at all to avoid any contraversy.” THEN, I was linked and everyone came to my little blog, and man, what contraversy! So I felt the best thing for me to do was to take it down since I was really scared I would get in trouble at work! Plus, I was getting tired of all the spiteful comments, and gaining a reputation of being a “librarain trasher.”

Oh well, it’s all over now, I think I did the best thing as unfortunate as it may be. Thanks!

I went to check out Angelica’s blog tonight as well and got the 404. I do hope she will keep me posted about her job search as well. It’s been nice being able to follow the musings of a fellow wannabe.
