If Only Clients Came with Referral Links!
During this week of seemingly random inquiries, I’ve been very tempted to ask certain customers how they decided to contact me or if they were referred by others. Sometimes I do that, especially if their need falls far out of the scope of what my office does. Every now and then, we find another agency mistakenly referring people to us. We try to correct that.
