Why Do People Blog?

I get asked this all the time, so it’s nice to be able to point to a list of answers by thirty-six bloggers. Frank Paynter, whom I think I met over dim sum, started the conversation. Since the initial post, he’s received more responses. Among the commenters: Berkman fellow David Weinberger, Enoch Choi, and Seth Finkelstein–bloggers I’ve met because, well, I blog.

You post content; they get revenue:
