Webcasts of the Votes, Bits, & Bytes Conference

The Berkman Center folks plan to Webcast today’s Votes, Bits, & Bytes sessions in Ames Courtroom and those in Pound Hall 102 on Saturday.

I’m very glad to know that since I can’t be at the conference all day. Perhaps, the audio files might be available after the conference, too.

Addendum: I am listening to the Webcast. I forgot Hoder, a Iranian blogger living in Canada I’ve heard much about, was speaking during the first session. I had to duck out to go to work. Luckily, I was able to catch his talk on that panel about how the Internet might inspire people to get more involved in politics. He talked about issues related to Internet access in Iran and how vital better access can be to those citizens to inform them about what’s happening.

I plan to listen to as much of the Webcasts as I can, but I probably shouldn’t do live blogging while I’m in my office.

10:43 am This is so funny: Someone’s watching a JibJab film and it’s broadcasting over the Webcast quite loudly.

I’m having problems listening to the Webcast. It didn’t come back on after it shut off for the break. Maybe it didn’t shut off for the break and that’s when the problems started. I couldn’t tune back in until a few minutes ago and now the connection keeps dropping.
