I was wondering that myself.
But I can’t bet. If Scott sees my bet on my blog, he might thwart me. ; )
Wasn’t Feedster Developers Contest judging supposed to begin today? Weren’t they supposed to announce a winner? Even though the form is still up, I’m still the only person who’s entered something to introduce people to feeds. I wonder if I’ll win in that category. I suppose they don’t have to award an iPod if there are no suitable entries. Like the entry says, I really just tossed something together because no one else had entered that category. A friend nudged me to do it. I did it in about two hours. I think it sucks. It’s really just a very basic introduction that scratches the surface of feeds. It’s not pretty and it’s really boring.
I also submitted instructions for searching, as did someone else. I spent a whole lot of time on that and am much more proud of it than I am of the feeds document.

Actually, they revised the contest — I think when they pushed back the deadline, scott said on his blog that they would begin awarding ipods on the 19th, 2 ipods a day.

Silly me. I read the fine print on the submission form: “Scott and Francois, Feedster’s founders, begin the judging on 12/15 and announce the winners, one or two per day leading up to 12/24/2004.”
I missed the entry on his blog. Still don’t see it, but it doesn’t really matter at this point.
