Brain Engine

Ross Karchner submitted Brain Engine in the Feedster Developers Contest. It combines data from Share Your OPML with Feedster to facilitate searching for items in the feeds specific people are writing have subscribed to. (My mistake: I misread it on the contest page.)

Addendum: One of the nice features is that you can search using someone’s name instead of entering a URL or feed URL. It eliminates a few steps that way. Of course, then you have to know the person’s name and whether s/he participates in Share Your OPML. Whether that person’s subscription list is up-to-date is another matter entirely. All the more reason to use Share Your OPML early and often.

Not quite– it’s more like “what specific people are reading”.
