Blockbuster Sued for not Disclosing Late Fees

Late last week, New Jersey’s attorney general sued Blockbuster under the premise that it does not adequately inform consumers about its policies and fees.

This article is a bit tangential. In January, I scribbled some thoughts about borrowing videos from libraries instead of paying money to rent them in light of someone else’s post about Blockbuster’s new late fee policy and hidden fees associated with their policy.
