Mexican Police: Read or Lose Promotion
Because of what I wrote over a year ago about books for Mexico City’s subway passengers, one of my librarian friends pointed me to this article about how Mexican police must read at least one book a month or forfeit their opportunity for advancement.
I’ve seen it floating around the blogosphere elsewhere, too.
