Meeting Bloggers at Conferences

Christina has a great post about meeting bloggers face-to-face at conferences. I ditto what she says.

Christina, by the way, stepped into the blogging course at SLA briefly and was able to answer some questions.

She is also rumored to have the cover article in the July/August Online, which wasn’t available electronically when I looked earlier Tuesday.

Addendum 6/23: Here’s a persistent link to the article via Ebsco, which requires a login. Christina sent me a preprint. I love the subtitle!

"Do you know what is being said about you in the blogosphere? Should you care? Aren’t blogs just for kids, political campaigns, and geeks, of no value in business? If you think this, you’re likely missing out on an increasingly powerful information source."

I hope to read the rest soon.
