OpenSource Radio: Using a Weblog to Reach an Audience to Make a Radio Show

The Berkman Center links to some background about OpenSource Radio, which was featured in a New York Times article.

OpenSource Radio allows their audience to collaborate with them on potential radio programs–gathering suggestions about speakers on certain topics, for example. Their production notes are available publicly via a weblog.

I’ve read about journalists who use weblogs in a similar fashion to gather ideas from their readers about potential stories.
