Congrats to the ResourceShelf Crew for Feedster Featuring DocuTicker as the Feed of the Day!

So I go to read this aggregator, right? And something from the ResourceShelf is on top, then there’s a link to DocuTicker, then there’s more stuff from the ResourceShelf. I blinked before I realized the extra link to DocuTicker was from Feedster. Rah rah! It’s a great site, very useful, and well worthy of being Feedster’s Feed of the Day.

If the screen wasn’t so complicated to capture, I’d make an image of it for you to see because it’s unlikely you’ll see it as I saw it. I have a theory that things don’t always appear perfectly sorted by date and time in my aggregator. There’s some little feed genie out there making sure certain things clump together properly.

(Why I pulled the scratchpad’s listing of Feed of the Day off the navbar, I don’t remember. I’ve restored it now. I should add it to my resume. It’s silly that I forgot to put it there, but, then again, the role blogging plays in my life has changed a bit in the last year … Oh, gee, I forgot about the Feedster acknowledgements until the link appeared in my referer log tonight. Wait … is that why a little fuzzy critter asked me about my main URL … ? Something else for the resume, perhaps. Portfolio definitely. Thanks for the credits! It’s nice to be publicly recognized for my ability to break anything nag programmers until they fix things that are broken locate and perhaps usefully document problems so others can deal with them. Seeing the other librarian and blogger names on the list makes me smile.)
