I started reading this piece feeling great relief that I’m not the only person who gets hopelessly lost in bookstores and has a difficult time finding specific items. Serendipity works very well for me in the library, like it does for her in a bookstore. And sometimes when I find things I really want to read in a bookstore, I make a mental note, then borrow it from a library.
