Favorite Feed Stuff for Libraries/Librarians/Information Professionals

What I plan to do at Thursday’s blog meeting is to get some ideas about what kinds of nifty things about feeds I should showcase to the audience of librarians and information professionals. I’m going to show off what’s on my list right now, which I’m hesitant to share in this space because I’d like some surprises during the presentation.

I already have a short list of specific sites and uses, but I thought I’d ask you, dear readers, what your favorites are.

Of course, I’ve been reading RSS4Lib, which has some awesome stuff about this topic.

I’m constantly amazed at how people are using them and what can be done with them.

Addendum 9/30: Thanks to the folks in the blog group, I now have some more excellent sites to showcase.

Useful library feeds here in Knoxville.

    Either “University Libraries: News” or
“Summary of all Library News” could use a new name… but I like the last XML icon in the little menu box as a simple way to inform newcomers about RSS.
