Watch out for Faulty HTML Code on these Manila Blogs

A misplaced apostrophe in some HTML code caused the editing screen for a blog post to disappear and the display of the blog on that post to warp. I had to write to the weblogmaster about another editing problem I was having–something about length not being defined–so I mentioned this one. I expected to be told there’s nothing to be done, but instead, the very kind weblogmaster tinkered with my blog until he fixed the problem. Thank you!!!

So, watch those apostrophes and other potential HTML code problems because they can seriously damage a Manila weblog.

Addendum 12/3: Can you believe I did it again? I didn’t catch the misplace apostrophe in the HTML code when I was proofreading until after I hit submit. Too late.

I’m sure I’ve made these typos before. I wonder if something changed with how Manila reads HTML code in the new version of Manila the server runs …
