More Thoughts on PowerPoint
I used PowerPoint for the presentation I gave on Wednesday. Using slides makes it easier for people in the audience to see the information I’m presenting. However, I often find myself feeling “locked in” to PowerPoint. Switching from PowerPoint to browse the Web seems so clunky to me. I like presenting from a Web browser because then I can just go out on the Web and easily get back. Watching a presenter switch back and forth between programs gets rather tedious.
That being said, I’m considering using PowerPoint again several times this fall.
I think instead of posting my slides from Wisconsin, I’m going to post the presentation in outline format. It’ll be easier for you to get to the links that way.
