I ran into this with a customer at MPOW wrt the IEEE Computer Society Feeds.  The customer was a computer guy and knew how to program xml, but there wasn't a really good explanation for using an aggregator to read them.  He probably could have programmed his own easier than finding out about bloglines.  I did a very quick screencast and he got it right away.  Maybe we need more of these.</description>
