BookCrossing
I guess I haven’t mentioned BookCrossing here yet. A few of my avid reader friends have told me about it several times. The idea behind it is that it’s a book exchange. People get books and read them, then ‘release’ them so others can get them–almost like a walless, informal library.
Anyway, someone just walked into the blog meeting with a stack of books for BookCrossing she shared with us. She had one I was actually going to try to pick up for reading later this summer, so I now have a BookCrossing book. Yay!
