New Ask Feature: Blog and Feed Highlights in Search Results

While chatting with Gary Price today about a totally unrelated matter, he showed me a cool new block in the search results of Ask.com that highlights the feed and recent posts of a source. They plan to include the links for really significant blogs. If a source has a feed, they hope to be able to include a link to the feed.

Note which icon they’re using to indicate something has a feed.

You post content; they get revenue: These icons link to social bookmarking sites where readers can share and discover new web pages.
