Garrett highlights Google News Archive Search in his weekly Library News and Notes. I tinkered with it quickly to try to find some information about Steve Irwin’s death. (I’m catching up on some of the news I’ve missed while offline.) The list of years and publications on the sidebar is nice. I wonder why there’s no sort by date or relevancy option like there is with their regular Google News.
