Map Thief Sentenced to 42 Months

A man whole stole about $3 million in maps from a number of libraries received a sentence of 42 months in prison. The New York Times and others have more.
I can’t remember if I mentioned his crimes in this space before and I don’t have time to look right now …

Mass Deleting Comment Spam

Firefox’ Web Developers Toolbar’s Populate Form Fields option works on comment spam, too, of course. The trick with Manila is getting a window in Firefox where the browser’s toolbars appear.
