I tend to believe in what a colleague of mine tells the staff of the newspaper where she works: If you’ve been searching the Web for ten to fifteen minutes with unsatisfactory results, go talk to the librarians. Of course, some people could save those ten to fifteen minutes by conversing with a librarian first.

My experience is that some people are better at google than others. I supposed it’s a bit of an art determining which keywords will yield the results you want.
