Hollywood Librarian Film Beverly Public Library Oct 1 7 pm

The Beverly Public Library is showing the film Hollywood Librarian on Monday Oct 1, 2007 at 7 p.m. The film explores the contrast between how libraries and librarians are portrayed in film vs. reality. It was shown at the 2007 ALA Conference in Washington DC.
Adult tickets are $8.00; children over 6 and seniors $5.00. There are no charge for kids under 6, librarians, library employees and LIS students. There’s also a potluck dinner available; the library will provide beverages. Bring something good to eat, hot or cold
All ticket proceeds will go toward a new Bookmobile.
