Computers In Libraries 2008 Conference Update

NELINET, the New England affiliate of OCLC will be offering special discounts for the Computers In Libraries 2008 Conference:

“Information Today, Inc. has announced that the Computers in Libraries 2008 Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, VA, on April 7-9, 2008. In addition, there is a Combo Conference of Computers in Libraries general conference and Internet@Schools East. The combo conference runs April 7-8, 2008.
Cost

Information Today, Inc. is offering NELINET members a special rate of $219.00 for the three-day conference. They are also offering a special rate of $219.00 for the combo conference of Computers in Libraries general conference and Internet@Schools East conference. This is more than a 50% savings off the regular price. In addition, a special rate of $99.00 for the Internet@Schools East conference is available. There are no discount rates for pre-conference or post-conference seminars or workshops.
Registration

To register for this conference, please complete both the Computers in Libraries Conference Registration Form and the NELINET Payment Form. Mail or fax the forms to Maria Brady at NELINET.
Registration Deadline

To receive the NELINET discount, registrations must be received no later than Monday, March 3, 2008. No refunds or cancellations can be made after Wednesday, March 5, 2008.
Hotel Discounts

For your convenience, hotel reservations can be made at the HYATT REGENCY CRYSTAL CITY on the website at www.mtcreservations.com, which is available 24 hours – 7 days a week or via email at  bookit at mtcreservations.com. You will receive an acknowledgement of your reservation either by email or fax. See Information Today’s website for more details.
