Nominations for $50K Berkman Internet Award Due Friday (4/11)
As part of their 10 year anniversary celebration, the Berkman Center for Internet & Society is hoping to award someone US$50,000 for their contributions to the Internet. Nominations are due tomorrow, Friday, April 11. Somehow I missed the news about this award. I’m sure you probably have some great suggestions or know some folks who would like to nominate someone. Please spread the word!
Also, Jonathan Zittrain is giving a talk next Friday, April 18, at 6 p in Langdell North Classroom in Langdell Hall at Harvard Law School about his new book The Future of the Internet - And How to Stop It. He’s giving a similar talk in New York today that is completely full.
