Palfrey to Leave Berkman, New Law School Vice Dean of Library and Information Resources

Oh, the things I learn from reading Babbledog at work. John Palfrey, who has been the executive director of the Berkman Center for Internet & Society for years, is leaving his post to become the new vice dean of library and information resources at Harvard Law School. While Palfrey’s new job heralds a major change for Berkman, the new position is a huge win for the law school. Many of us are looking forward to what he will do.

Congratulations, John!

Fortunately, John will remain a Berkman faculty director, though, yes, he will no longer be the executive director.

I’m very glad he’ll still be playing some role at Berkman.
