Happy Birthday Kate Bush
British singer, songwriter, producer Kate Bush turns 50, today, June 30. She inspired other female singers-songwriters such as Tori Amos and Sarah McLachlan among others into the music scene.
I first saw her on Saturday Night Live many years ago and became an instant fan. Kate was the first singer to use a wireless microphone headset during a concert. She also is credited with creating various music production techniques.
