City Spokesman Participates in Online Community to Reach Citizens
The Boston Globe discusses the spokesman for Somerville, Massachusetts, and his attempts to reach citizens via a community on LiveJournal in which city residents share blog posts. Despite some people finding his participation helpful, after some of his attempts to do good didn’t work quite as he hoped, he discontinued his blog.
