Boston Fox 25 mini library debate/NPR Diane Rehm library program

Boston Fox 25/MyFoxBoston.com had a mini debate on Monday, June 28, 2010 on whether Massachusetts cities and towns should get rid of libraries:

Brandon Abbs of the People of Boston Branches and Boston Globe columnist Alex Beam were the debaters.
There were no librarians involved to give their side of the story. Anchors Maria Stephanos and Mark Ockerbloom have no clue what happens in a public library since they haven’t been in one for over ten years!
